Customer Service Representative - Kansas City

Come grow with us! Weed Man, North America's largest franchise system, is looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative in our Lee's Summit office.

This position involves heavy phone work and the ability to work in our proprietary software system, with the potential for advancement.

Must be able to handle challenges with a smile, exhibit caring in all you do and be punctual, with a good attendance record. Will train the candidate who possesses the right attitude. Signing bonus for successful candidate!

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers by phone to answer questions, resolve concerns, verify customer information, and make sales
